Bak Kua Crave

I know Chinese New Year is in a month's time BUT I am already starting to crave for Bak Kua - Grilled Pork Jerkies, chinese-style. *drool* Everytime I start to think of Lim Chee Guan(the best brand!), my mouth starts to salivate uncontrollably like a dog on rabies. Damn...when the leg gets better, I'm gonna start prowling the streets of Chinatown to see if someone sells Bak Kua, even if a tad inferior to Lim Chee Guan, it will satisfy my craving for now(I hope).

I want to eat BAK KUA...
