On a rainy New York afternoon...

I can't claim my son has done anything outstanding of late(no Nobel prize yet) and the mother herself is too scruffy to appear in any of the photos so you'll have to pardon the appearance of the blog which will now be covered with photos of the lil' one. Shouldn't be too hard to stomach, eh? *wink* The grandparents dig this, really. ;)

What do mothers who have free time while their baby naps do on a rainy Monday afternoon?

1. Separate each and every leaf of a brussel sprout. All 10 of them. For dinner. (this is a pain-in-the-ass recipe - doubt I'll repeat it ever.)

2. Google "Skate". Hmmm...do they call it "stingray" only in my part of the world and "skate" elsewhere?

3. Pick dandruff flakes off my baby's hair. Cradle crap is seriously crappy. Flakes everywhere. E.V.E.R.Y.WHERE!!!

4. Think about doing yoda. THINK...think...t.h.i.n.k...

5. Stop the annoying classical music that is playing(for the baby's brain development) and switch to Dinah Washington.

6. Shower. Ahhhh... *bliss*

7. Blog.

8. *yawn* Coffee time.

9. *yawn....* Nap time.
